(no subject)

Sleep doctor says I have Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome. While normal people want to sleep 4-5 hours after sunset, I don't want to sleep for 8-9 hours after sunset. The other version of this is where some people want to go to sleep right at sunset.

I have a perscription for sleeping pills at night, uppers during the day, and a special light to shine on myself in the morning to trick my body into thinking it's noon 4 hours eralier. Hopefully some of this will work...

You should start referencing at work in hushed tones.

"Well, things have changed since I found out I have DSPS."

Now you are just like Judy Garland AND Elvis! you sure that was a real doctor and not an internet pharmacy?

oh cool one of those light thingies! Keep us updated, I'd be curious to find out if those things actually work or not.

I need to borrow your light sometime. I have a slight sleep disorder, but my psychiatrist says it's not severe enough to warrant a light investment.
