Sleep doctor says I have Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome. While normal people want to sleep 4-5 hours after sunset, I don't want to sleep for 8-9 hours after sunset. The other version of this is where some people want to go to sleep right at sunset.

I have a perscription for sleeping pills at night, uppers during the day, and a special light to shine on myself in the morning to trick my body into thinking it's noon 4 hours eralier. Hopefully some of this will work...

oh cool one of those light thingies! Keep us updated, I'd be curious to find out if those things actually work or not.
