I have next week off. I plan to cook. I could use suggestions.

Things planned so far:

Chocolate Mousse
Lamb roast
Ravioli
Vats of pasta sauce.
Baileys cheesecake.

Any other suggestions?

Ahh. A woman with taste.

My mom used to make a dish of broccoli with melted swiss cheese and italian breadcrumbs that was delicious.

Alas, several of my close friends have a near-psychotic aversion to broccoli.

That is very sad, buy why not just avoid feeding them broccoli? Or does the mere sight and idea of it send them into a frenzy?

What sad sad people. Can medical science not do something for this miserable and suffering part of the population? Perhaps some Broccoli Aversion Therapy?
