I have next week off. I plan to cook. I could use suggestions.
Things planned so far:
Chocolate Mousse
Lamb roast
Ravioli
Vats of pasta sauce.
Baileys cheesecake.
Any other suggestions?

Date: 2002-12-19 01:46 pm (UTC)I'll volunteer to help with cooking, since I suspect I'll be insanely bored all week.
I have a pelmeni recipe somewhere, although the actual forming of them is a pain in the arse. Although not any worse than ravioli, I guess... Too bad
Anything crazy involving chicken legs is always welcome. How about this? It sounds simple, got very high reviews and sounds tasty.
Any combo of sweet (fruit-type) and spicy is welcome...
off to alpharetta I go

Date: 2002-12-19 08:51 pm (UTC)My mom used to make a dish of broccoli with melted swiss cheese and italian breadcrumbs that was delicious.
Alas, several of my close friends have a near-psychotic aversion to broccoli.
