The new rules for breeding:
If you own a functioning washer and dryer in your home you are allowed to breed.
If you cannot afford a washer or dryer, a laundry-time babysitter for the kids or a brand new set of clothes every single day, you may not breed.
If you think a large tub of detergent makes an excellent babysitter and snack for your toddler, you should not have bred.
I am not a grown-up. I should not be the one telling your children "Don't eat that!"
