I had a disconnect order in for Friday, which I canceled today.
I spent an hour on the phone bitching at them and they claimed that no one had touched my cable. I demanded a tech. They said they would try to dispatch one. I took a shower, and 45 minutes later the internet was back. The filter that was on my connection outside had vanished. I'm still waiting to call and see if they can explain why. I'll do that now...
