ghiniI went to Sushi Bar Hu-Ka last weekend. It's in the center with Disco Kroger where Soto used to be.
It was good. Really good. I split a roll that came with tempura crawfish on top and a sushi boat for 2 with my roommate. The sushi boat was chefs choice. While the selection of fish was pretty traditional, the quality was excellent. The sushi and sashimi was extremely fresh and delicious. The menu was pretty big, so I'll be back.
