I just got word that they will accept my offer on the house in Capitol View. The location is a bit off the beaten path (6.2 miles to the Highlander!) but it's a beautiful house on a hill across the street from a park. There's tons of room inside, and a tiny fenced back yard.

Pray the inspector doesn't find termites or mold or poltergeists.

Coach is the only one still alive. You don't want poltergeists. The only reason Craig T Nelson is still alive is because he is actually one of God's angels. His wings are magnificent, or so I'm told.
