Because I'm an indecisive twit I put in an offer on two places today. One in Kirkwood, one in Capitol View.

The Capitol View house is a bit cheaper, has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a HUGE living/dining/kitchen area. It's on a hill overlooking a park.

The Kirkwood house is a bit smaller, a 4 bed, 2 bath house with a smaller kitchen. It's within 2 miles of at least 8 friends of mine.

I can see myself enjoying living in either one. Price difference works out to about $100 a month. I'll be thinking about both of them over the weekend.

The 2bed is larger than the 4? Those must be spacious bedrooms which would be nice. Of course crawling distance home from parties is good too :)

You're a single guy, for the time being. Four bedrooms?!? I would steer you toward the spacious living room and kitchen.
