Yeah. The "I agree with the SJC" stickers are referring to the Massachusetts Supreme COurt, which legalized gay marriage.

Hrm, well, I have zero context for this photo, and I can't read any of the other signs in the photo but... it's possible the sign is meant as sarcasm, and she's actually not a gay-hater. I mean, the sign is utterly ridiculous, and she's holding a rainbow flag, which isn't usually something you find in the hands of people who hate GLTB folks.
