Oh, just in case anyone missed it:

Chocolate milkshake (from Brusters) + double shot of vodka (from Highlander) = delicious!

Those who tried it, liked it. Those who didn't are a bunch of wussy-asses!

some of us don't like vodka, nor sweet drinks so knew better :P

I'm thinking of vanilla vodka and a strawberry milkshake next time.

Me and Bonnie hit the milk bar in NY last summer -- a drink menu full of nothing but sweet shake/booze potions.

Between the booze options at the Highlander and the shake options at Brusters, I think i can remain drunk and fat for most of the summer.

Not just drunk -- girl-drink drunk. :)

I know it all too well.

I'm thinking there are some combos, like peanut butter and jagermeister, that are definitely not girl drinks.

Vodka? Surely rum or bourbon would blend better with chocolate.

Obviously we need to set up a testing lab on the patio at Highlander soon.

My hypothesis is that the warmer (brown) liquors would work better with dairy products, while the drier (white) liquors would be more at home with a sorbet, sherbet or smoothie.

If we can construct a null hypothesis, we can plan a series of field trials. With codymc as the (tequila) control group. "Tell me how this feels. And please, be honest. It's for science."

This just might be the first time "codymc" and "control" have been used in the same sentence.

Actually, I was thinking tequila + lime and orange sorbets would make an excellent margarita smoothie.

And "cody" and "control" are frequently used in the same sentence. There's just usually an "out of" sandwitched between them.

Blech. Vodka makes me physically ill it tastes so bad.
