I have two weeks to finish two projects for class. One is a Quartz Composer pretty thing, and one is a mashup or song collage made with Garage Band (or Audacity). Anyone used either of these or have any suggestions?
GarageBand is a champ for doing simple multi-track recording and mixing. I've never tried importing mp3s into it, which sounds like what you'll be doing. I have done that with Audacity, but just for waveform editing, not mixing. Also, Audacity seems to crash on me a fair amount, so save often!

Actually, I just tried dragging an mp3 into GB and it imported, so it is possible.
