I'm writing this in my room which is in my apartment. My apartment is in a building on a street in a city in a state in a country on a continent on the planet.

I'm a person writing this. I am part of a family that is spread across the world and related to millions of people on the planet.

I'm writing this on my computer which is connected to the Internet. Through the internet I am connected to computers around the world. I can connect to the work and information of billions of people.
