Hye, you could live on the third floor of your apartment htat doesn't come with AC cause apartments up here take advantage of the AC is not everywhere mentality so they don't have to provide it.

Now, I bought a little AC unit at least for my room (but we can't do much for the living room). But then my apt tried to make me get rid of it (HA! I'd like them to live in this apt and not have ac at least in their bedroom... this apt gathers heat. We barely use heat in the winter).
