Toss in a Skid Roper cameo (like DJ Jazzy Jeff in "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air"), and Jello Biafra as the crazy landlord. He'd be sort of a cross between Kramer, Mr. Roeper from "Three's Company," and Det. Munch from ... every cop show ever, I believe.
