I made it to day 2 about twenty thousand million times before finally making it past one week and I haven't smoked since.

The thing that gets me is drinking in a smoky place. Then I want to claw my eyes out (or someone else's, if I see them with cigarettes) and usually I just have to leave.

That, and the gauntlet of smokers at Dragon*Con.
