Rundown
Taxes filed. Small refund. No first time homebuyer tax credit for me. :( If you file online, I suggest using Free File. I like CitizenTax, who have done fine for me for a few years now, and only charge $10 for State Filing.
Knee is feeling ok. Not much pain, but full of fluid. Bending it more than halfway makes it feel like a water balloon about to pop. It bulges oddly. The first instinct is from my zitty teenage years: pop it!
Going to look at more houses in Kirkwood and Edgewood. The nice one over by Inman Park I put an offer in on back in the fall is back on the market.
For the first time in months, there's nothing big coming up in the next few weeks. No weddings, no holidays, no trips. It's both relieving and boring. Need to shoot some photos and keep on the cleaning/packing for the unscheduled but inevitable move.
