PDA Phone advice

My Verizon contract is about to end. My 6700 PDA phone is getting wonky. In the next month or so, I'll be looking to buy a new smartphone. For all the Treo/Blackberry/Other users out there, can you give me a rundown of the good and bad points on your phone?

Don't bother mentioning the iPhone. I'd love to have one, but I refuse to ever do business with AT&T again.

Don't bother mentioning the Googlephone. We're strictly talking "I can buy it tomorrow".

I heart Verizon

Earlier today I posted about cellphones. There was ranting. There was venom.

I have a used PDA Smartphone I bought on ebay. Cost me about $200, instead of the $400 one cost new.

One of the nav buttons is screwy. The springy part under the button doesn't work, so if I even bump the button it thinks I pushed it. Annoying.

I called Verizon today to ask about getting it repaired, figuring all it needs is a spring. Turns out, since I didn't buy it from Verizon, I can't get warranty service.

Instead, what they do is replace the entire phone for $50! They are FexEx-ing me a replacement. :)

Came home from work to find police tape blocking the end of the complex (where my apartment is).

Apparently someone in the building next door got murdered.
