My Cuban father refers to the Little Havana part of Miami as "Spicville" and refuses to speak Spanish to "those people"

My grandma once told me that her neighborhood was going downhill because of all the "brown" people moving in. Wheee!


My mom actually stopped hanging out with our old southern neighbors because they were so racist she couldn't take it after a while.
