Thanks to the generosity of many, we have collected about $400 for Lori's sewing machine fund. We will be giving it to her this Sunday at 3pm at the Jakes on Howell Mill by her house.

She's being lured there with the promise of a farewell to Becky P ice cream party. That part will hopefully be true, but she knows nothing of the surprise gift.

If you have given money, we have a card to sign. If you want to give, get me the money any time before 3pm Sunday. I'll be there a bit early (2:30ish) in case anyone wants to sign or give more.

So, not sure i can get to you before 3 on sunday, but I'll happily toss in 20 bucks if that helps. If your or someone you do see all the time wants to give it to you for me, and i can just later give them the money whenever, that works for me too.
