My second photo II assignment:
"As photographers each of you has the power to use your camera to reveal the beauty, horror, confusion and perhaps dread that surrounds us everyday. In this assignment I would like you to closely examine your surroundings, your home, your daily routine - the path you take to school - your daily rituals - the people you speak with - the programs you watch - the buildings you pass - etc, and try to reveal something new to yourself and to us viewers."

It's my workplace, of course... hence the depressing part. It's sad that such a soul-sucking hole has such a beautiful structure and surroundings.

Date: 2003-10-08 06:15 am (UTC)It's a gorgeous area, really.... we're here on the Chattahoochee River -- up above it on a hill. I'm surrounded by trees, blue sky, and wildlife (we have turkeys, beavers, and other sundry beasties).
All in all, it's a shame it's work.
