Yesterday I finally got access to the darkroom for the first time since May. I developed six rolls of film, got my hands all stinky and had a blast. I'm back!

I have decided that I need a new leather jacket for this fall/winter. Any suggestions on style? Where is a good place to get a decent price?

Not sure if this will be helpful or if you're planning to go alllll the way up there anytime soon, but -- Canada.

I just had to repurchase one for me since mine was stolen from my car earlier this year, and I bought one on the web. decent price for a replacement. I think it was www.leather.com :)

You just missed the BEST chance....

Wilson's leather outlet at the outlet stores up 400 (the outlet up 85 isn't as good) has a HUGE selection on their clearance rack. Of course, on labor day weekend, they often have an extra 30% off sale... but there will be other sales.

I've gotten 4 leather jackets there... name brands as well as Wilson brands. My trenchcoat was under $100, by motorcycle jacket was around $30, my half-length button up was about $60, and my short-length was about $45.

It's a bit of a drive, but wholly worth it.
