house update

Current schedule:

Monday 12pm: House inspected

Tuesday: House appraised

Wednesday to Monday: paperwork, waiting and more paperwork

Tuesday: I get a cashiers check approximately equal to all the cash in my bank accounts.

Wednesday the 26th: Close on the house.
