mmmmmm

Took my Aunt and Uncle to Restaurant Eugene tonight as a belated Christmas present with several friends. I'll try to remember the tasting menu we had:

Rock shrimp with remoulade

Cider-braised pork belly

Pan seared bass

Grilled beef tenderloin with cranberry something, celeriac puree and mustard greens

Some kind of locally made triple cream cows milk cheese with toasted bread, spiced pecans and honey

Foie gras mousse with dark chocolate, pistachios and marmelade

Everything was excellent and paired with amazing wines. I won't be able to eat there every week, but I'll damn sure eat there again.
