Someone on my friends list was talking about getting a cello. I know a few people who play them.

Well, you can all rejoice that cello scrotum is a hoax!

Putting in an offer on a new place. It's at the top of my price range, but it's huge and looks to be in good condition.

I've decided that hoping to avoid bad luck is the wrong way to go. I'm going to fight the fates. I put a closing date of Friday the 13th on the offer. :)
