spammity spam, wonderful spam

I got a scam letter today that started off kind of interestingly:

"Here writes Lady Toreth Hughes, suffering from cancerous ailment. I am married to Sir Richard Hughes an Englishman who is dead. My husband was into private practice all his life before his death."
