a disturbing trend

Monday: workout in the gym. weightlifting and 60 min of cardio. Can't fall asleep until 4am.

Today: workout in the gym. weightlifting and 45 min of cardio. Still up at 3:45am.

Isn't exercise supposed to tire you out?
