Here are the participating resturants.
I'm hungry, so they all sound good. Any opinions? Agave, Asada, Cowtippers, Nuevo Laredo, Taqueria del Sol?
On a related note, I had a friend years ago who did a summer internship with Project Open Hand. He called it one of the most allover nice charities he's ever seen. These are one of the only groups I've actually given straight cash to.
